Optimove, the first Customer-Led Marketing Platform, today announced a new strategic alliance with Publicis Sapient, a digital business transformation organisation. Through AI-led, customer-centric, personalised customer marketing tactics at scale, the cooperation will improve and elevate our clients’ retention marketing and business performance.
