 Reaffirms its commitment towards building a culture of empowering employees 

IPM India Wholesale Trading Private Limited (IPM India), a country affiliate of Philip Morris International, announced the introduction of ‘MyIkigai’, a comprehensive capability program to bolster organisation’s competencies. Inspired by the Japanese concept of ‘Ikigai’, the initiative aims at helping employees identify the sweet spot between- ‘What they Love’, ‘What they are great at’ & ‘What the organization needs’. The program will help in developing the mindset, behaviors & skills required to power a transformation and achieve one’s full potential.
