Excella, a leader in Agile data solutions, announced that its joint venture partnership with the National Technical Information Service (NTIS) has helped the company secure a number of agreements to expand support at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM). More than $13 million in 12-month performance agreements represent the extension and continuation of Excella’s 18 years of support for OPM’s programmes.
Excella will continue providing support for:
- The Human Capital Data Management and Modernization (HCDMM) Directorate – Excella and the OPM Data Governance Board will support the agency in developing its data visualisation, infrastructure, skills, standards, and stewardship programmes.
- OPM’s Human Resources Solutions (HRS) and the Federal Staffing Centre (FSC)-Excella will provide modern software delivery and analytics solutions, including modern data and pipeline architecture, dashboard development, and driving agile analytics, to support the introduction of expanded offerings for the USA Suite of systems, including USAJOBS, USA Staffing, USA Hire, and USA Data (Talent Acquisition and Analytics).
- The USAJOBS programme will benefit from the business analysis, UX design, programme management, change management, and subject matter expertise in Agile management provided by OPM’s HRS and Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) – Excella.
